Important Delivery Information
Part Deliveries
We do not offer part shipments. If any item in your order is delayed or out of stock, your entire order will be dispatched together once all items are available.
Delivery Notifications

- A shipping confirmation email will follow once your order is dispatched, including courier details and tracking (where applicable).
Couriers and Services
- Available courier options will be shown at checkout based on your order’s size and weight.
- Your delivery may arrive in more than one parcel to ensure safe transportation.
Delivery Hours & Signatures
- Deliveries typically occur Monday to Friday, between 7am and 6pm.
- We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
- Deliveries may require a signature, unless the item is letterbox-sized or marked to be left in a safe place.
Delivery Locations & Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
- If your order is delivered to a UK shipping agent, Shnuggle is not liable for any damage or loss after delivery to the agent’s address.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday.
