1. Do you offer international delivery?
Our website only ships to UK and Ireland however we have distributors across the world that stock our Shnuggle products. To check if they can deliver to you please email email@example.com for further information
2. I have a missing part from my order, can you send a replacement?
Yes, if you get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org , list your order number and the part you are missing we will be able to have a look into this for you
3. I would like to change my order.
If you would like to amend your order, please email our customer service or reach out on live chat. We aim to process all orders before 10am each morning. Please note that we cannot guarantee amendments submitted after this.
4. Do you have a physical store I can see your products?
Shnuggle only operates as an online store, but we have many retailers stocking our products. Please refer to stockist page on website to find a store near you.
5. What courier do you use to deliver?
We use DPD and Royal Mail for delivery, you will have the option to choose either service upon checkout if you order is applicable. Royal Mail does not come as a tracked service. Provided you have added your mobile number when you placed the order, DPD will send an SMS with a 1-hour delivery window, which you can change if it is not suitable.
6. Are your products BPA free?
Yes. All Shnuggle products are free of BPA, PVC, lead and phthalates and pass all EU and UK safety standards required. All materials used are also compliant with international REACH safety standards.
7. I have lost my assembly instructions, can you send me a copy?
Yes of course. Simply email email@example.com and we can send you a PDF copy to your email address.
8. I haven’t received a confirmation email for my order.
If your order has gone through successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. This can sometimes be filtered into your junk mail or spam inbox depending on your settings. If you check there and still don’t see one, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
9. Do you have any discounts?
Yes, we have a 10% first time discount offer on customers ordering on our website for the first time. Simply sign up to our newsletter and receive the discount code to your email. Please note: discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with discounted items or bundles
10. How do I return my order?
Please email our customer service team with information on your return and for authorisation, we will then send over all relevant information to get the returns process started
11. Do you offer next day delivery?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer next day delivery due to not being in Mainland UK, delivery with DPD takes 2-3 working days and Royal Mail can take up to 7 working days.
